Kildare, Ireland and further continuing education credits in Grief and Loss from Drew University, Madison, NJ, Clinical and Pastoral Supervision education from Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital, Manhattan, New York City. Membership and/or Credentials: National Association Catholic Chaplains: College Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy: Citi Ministries: International Council of Community Churches. Noel ministers as an Ecumenical Priest and Pastoral Chaplain to all denominations. He officiates at weddings in New York City, (License # 1136745) and Tri-State area.
